Sistema di check-in automatico per hotel e B&B

Il sistema Check-in 24 consente una facile gestione a distanza delle procedure di check-in e check-out per Case Vacanza e B&B fino a 8 camere. Un portale web gestisce le e-mail e/o le notifiche SMS al proprietario del B&B ogni volta che il sistema viene utilizzato per il check-in e/o check-out.

Il Sistema è costituito da una tastiera esterna che permette l’accesso all’edificio, tramite un codice numerico che verrà comunicato al Cliente dal gestore via telefono; all’interno il Cliente troverà il box con i 3 scomparti contenenti le chiavi della propria camera. Lo stesso codice numerico fornito al Cliente per accedere alla struttura gli consentirà di recuperare le chiavi della propria stanza dal box interno. Quando un cliente lascia la stanza mettendo le sue chiavi nell’apposito box, il sistema invia una notifica al proprietario del B&B.

Il Sistema di check-in 24 viene fornito con un’offerta bundle (dispositivo + tastiera esterna + accesso al web server + 24 mesi di connettività).

La rete SIGFOX è una rete mobile per oggetti (IoT) e permette di collegare dispositivi via radio senza necessità di SIM card né di modem GSM.

INTEGRA supporta i tecnici e gli installatori con test da remoto durante l’installazione per verificare la copertura della rete SIGFOX.

Automatic check-in system for Hotels and B&B

Check-in 24 allows easy remote management of check-in and check-out procedures for little Hotels, Holiday Homes and B&B not manned by a concierge up to 8 rooms. A web portal handles emails and/or SMS notifications to the owner of the facility whenever the system is used for check-in and/or check-out.

The system consists of an external keyboard that allows access to the building through a numeric code that will be communicated to the customer from the operator by telephone. Inside the building the customer will find the box with the 3 or more compartments containing the keys of their room. The same number code provided to the Customer to access the facility will allow him to retrieve the keys of his room from the internal box. When a customer leaves the room by putting their keys in the appropriate box, the system sends a notification to the owner of the facility.

The 24 Check-in System comes with a bundle offer (device, external keyboard, web server access, 24 months of connectivity).

The SIGFOX network is a mobile object network (IoT) and allows you to connect devices via radio without the need for SIM cards or GSM modems.

INTEGRA supports technicians and installers with remote testing during installation to verify the coverage of the SIGFOX network.
